Pattern Making
Wood, MDF and Foam Patterns are produced in partnership with outside pattern-makers combining state of the art manufacturing technology. Highly skilled craftsmen and foundry methods engineers produce complex patterns for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
Computerized Heat Treating with Charts as Desired
Our processes are controlled with state of the art computers for order management, process engineering, spectrochemical analysis, heat treating, non-destructive testing and certifications to ensure that we supply quality products every time.
Information obtained is stored on dedicated servers for future reference.

Materials
We produce over 300 ferrous alloys to Standard ASTM specifications, and to customer specified chemistries and physical properties.
Castings produced weigh up to 260 tons, with an annual capacity of 25,000 tons in iron and 35,000 tons in steel.

From Foundry to Delivery
It's not enough that the project is done right, it needs to be done quickly and delivered on-time.
For orders within 10 km (6 miles) from Buffalo NY border crossing:
- Standard 4 – 6 weeks delivery for smaller castings
- 6 – 10 weeks delivery for larger castings
Changing operating levels minimize lead times such as the type of Machining (rough and finish).
